Books, stationery and learning tools for readers, parents and schools across Kenya since 2014.
Books Buddies started in 2014 as a single shop on Moi Avenue, Nairobi, with two shelves of second-hand textbooks. Today we are three bookshops, in Nairobi CBD, Eldoret and Kisumu, and an online shop that delivers across Kenya.
What we sell
Fiction and non-fiction, African literature, children's books, CBC, 8-4-4 and IGCSE course books, dictionaries and reference, stationery, art supplies, calculators, and a small range of laptops, e-readers and accessories for students.
Our shops
- Nairobi CBD: Moi Avenue, Nairobi. Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm.
- Eldoret: Uganda Road, Eldoret. Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm.
- Kisumu: Oginga Odinga Street, Kisumu. Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm.
What we believe
Every child in Kenya should grow up near a good bookshop. Where we can't be near you, we'll deliver.
