Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy from our shops or online.
Prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT where it applies. Offers apply while stock lasts and can't be combined unless stated. Online orders paid by M-Pesa or card must be paid within 60 minutes, after which they are cancelled. We confirm availability before we take payment; if an item turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full.
